Does company registration mean a supplier is reliable?
Registration establishes part of the company identity. Pro adds official-source checks and an exterior address visit. Enterprise reviews the interior facility and capacity with supplier participation. Each report states what was verified and what remains unresolved.
What is the difference between Lite and Pro?
Lite verifies the company and representative. Pro adds official-source checks, an exterior physical address visit and sector context. Enterprise adds a supplier-participating interior facility and capacity review.
When do I need a factory visit?
Choose Enterprise when your decision requires physical evidence about a site, equipment, workflow or production claim. The location, access and inspection questions are agreed before the visit. Pro includes an exterior address visit. An interior facility and capacity review is included in Enterprise.
How long will the review take?
Lite: 24 hours / 1 working day. Pro: 48 hours / 2 working days. Enterprise: maximum 120 hours / 5 working days, subject to supplier notice, appointment and facility access. Weekends and Turkish public holidays are excluded. Lite orders Friday at/after 15:00 or during a closed day target the next open working day at 15:00.
Can I see a report before purchasing?
Yes. The interactive digital assessment shows the structure, evidence register and interpretation. The sample uses a fictional company and simulated figures; it is not an assessment of a real supplier.
